This includes full accountability for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript. Any fraudulent content or instances of plagiarism are the sole responsibility of the author.

Consequences of Plagiarism or Fraud

Any detection of plagiarism, fraudulent content, or significant ethical violations will result in the immediate rejection of the manuscript. If such issues are discovered after publication, the publishing house reserves the right to unilaterally terminate recognition of the book, thereby removing it from our catalog and revoking any association with our publishing house. The cost for manuscript review at United Scholars Academic Press is USD 300. This non-refundable fee covers the payment for reviewer time as well as associated clerical costs. The fee must be paid upfront before the manuscript evaluation process begins.

Submission Guidelines:

• English texts: Must be submitted in 12-point Times New Roman font.

• Asian scripts: Can be submitted either horizontally or vertically. Vertical scripts must follow a right-to-left format and should be in a 14 to 15-point font size.

• File format: We accept submissions in Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF formats only. We do not accept Hangul (.hwp) files due to frequent issues with text fragmentation and errors.

Additionally, manuscripts must be submitted as a single, unified file; multiple files for the same manuscript will not be accepted. Authors should also be aware that additional costs may apply for typesetting and editing services, depending on the quality and format of the submitted document.

Manuscripts that do not align with the scope of United Scholars Academic Press will be automatically rejected without any charge to the author at the initial phase. We kindly request that only serious submissions be made to ensure efficient processing and maintain the integrity of our review process.
