Submission Evaluation Process
Submission Process
At United Scholars Academic Publishing , we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent submission process for potential authors. Here is an overview of the steps involved in the initial stages:
Initial Submission: Potential authors are invited to submit the following materials for preliminary evaluation:
Synopsis of the Book: A summary outlining the book's content and significance.
Covering Letter: An introduction to the author and an overview of the book’s purpose.
Full Manuscript: The completed draft for comprehensive review.
At this initial stage, no fee is required. The editor will review these materials to assess whether the manuscript falls within the publishing scope of United Scholars Academic Publishing .
Evaluation by the Editor: The editor evaluates the submission to determine if it aligns with our publishing goals and standards. Based on this assessment:
If the manuscript is deemed unsuitable, a formal rejection letter will be sent to the author.
If the manuscript is suitable, the editor will reach out to available professors to see if they can review the book.
Acceptance into Official Review:
Should a qualified professor accept the request to review the manuscript, an acceptance letter will be sent to the author, signaling the manuscript’s advancement to official evaluation.
Non-Refundable Evaluation Fee: At this stage, the author will pay a non-refundable fee of USD 300. This fee covers the costs associated with the official evaluation but does not include typesetting or other editing fees.
Rights, Royalties, Copies, and Covers
Questions about rights, royalties, copies, and cover design are generally addressed after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. At this stage, our editorial team, together with our accounts department, will discuss the specific terms regarding:
Royalty Allocation: Percentage-based earnings from sales.
Intellectual Property Rights: Ownership agreements.
Cover Design: Collaborative input on the book's visual presentation.
Should you have urgent questions about these matters before formal acceptance, our editorial team and accounts department are available to assist.

Distribution
At United Scholars Academic Publishing , we aim to make our academic works widely accessible on a global scale. To achieve this, we utilize platforms like Amazon and other third-party distribution channels, which provide the most cost-effective means of reaching the public, bookstores, and educational institutions worldwide.
As a collaborative, non-profit organization without a dedicated printing press, we rely on these external platforms to manage the printing and distribution of our publications. This allows us to focus on producing high-quality academic content while ensuring that our books are readily available to a broad audience.
